WHERE WILL WE BE IN 2015
We will be appearing at some pretty cool street food happenings in 2015 and as part of our crew you will experience some truly amazing events. Being part of Phil’s crew is much more than being able to serve (and make) a pulled pork sandwich. We want people to join our team who will embrace the spirit of Phil’s Slow Smoked American Barbecue. We work hard feeding the fire, checking the smoker temperature and delivering perfect sandwiches with a generous helping of humour.

We want people who are willing to work hard, to give everything and to enjoy being part of our team. We want good people, fun people, who enjoy serving the public and having a laugh along the way. HACCP certificate is compulsory. Even better if you are good at handling money and have any bar and restaurant experience.
